purchased many automobiles from many dealerships yet never
have I received the level of attention and detail to a
purchase that has focused the attention toward the simple
fact that any automobile purchase has a financial impact
to my family and is of course very important to me. The
Audi Quattro is great, my whole family including my wife
(as you know with the BMW 740i purchase) is very very
finicky and difficult to deal with involving any
automobile purchases and yet again she is absolutely
thrilled with the results. I really do appreciate the way
my purchase and the way you professionally handle the
experience is the most important part of my auto buying
experience. Mr. Maher, your attitude of the customer
always being right (even if we aren’t) and focusing the
